The Nuns host Dudley Kingswinford this weekend, after the scheduled game was postponed with a frozen pitch at the start of the month, and will be looking to build on the weekends win over Banbury. Both sides come into the game on the back of victories, whilst the Nuns saw of Banbury 25-19 on Saturday Dudley were victorious 66-7 over Kenilworth. When the two sides met earlier this season the Nuns came away 45-27 winners and they would love to repeat that result this weekend. The Nuns victory saw them remain in 8th position with 37 league points and Dudley sit 9th with 27 points both from 14 games.
The Saxons host Lutterworth and it will be the first meeting of the two sides in the league this season. After a tough 77-0 defeat at top of the league Syston last weekend it will be another stern test this week with Lutterworth sitting 2nd in the league with 49 points. They defeated Hinckley 45-5 in their last game.
The Saracens have their first run out of 2025 on Friday night when they make the short hop to Manor Park for a friendly game under the lights.
The Colts don’t have a game this weekend due to District matches on Sunday. They lost 44-5 to Old Leamingtonians last weekend.
Team news: Ben Dawes and Ryan Marsh are unavailable but James Redman returns from injury in the front row and Dave Darker also starts.
One change in the backline with Ben Kirby unavailable and so Mike Volaikisuva steps up from the bench to start at scrum half.
Zeb Gibson comes in on the bench.
