It is a first visit to Long Eaton for the Nuns this weekend when the two sides meet. Both sides were promoted from their respective leagues last season and have previously been in opposite regions. Long Eaton come into the game having picked up 2 bonus points last weekend after a late loss to Syston 45-42. The Nuns come into the game on the back of their biggest win of the season, defeating Kenilworth 49-7. Long Eaton have collected 20 points from 9 games with 3 wins and 8 bonus points to sit 9th, the Nuns sit 7th in the table with 25 points.
The Saxons host Lutterworth in a game that will be a stern test for the improving side. They made it back to back wins last week with a 19-10 victory at Veseyans which saw them move up a place to 8th with 16 points. Lutterworth sit in 2nd with 34 points from 6 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat. Last weekend saw that first defeat when they went down to league leaders Syston 38-0.
